My sister and I have decided to start working out during lunch time. Which we will have to master dressing into gym clothes asap. Our job is business casual so the workout look won’t do.

We will get a good 20-25 minutes out of the workout. Probably more tomorrow bcos they would not have to sign me up as a guest. That ate about ten minutes from our scheduled.

I realized last week when I weighed myself that I’m 14 pounds away from my goal weight. I workout every other day at home.

If we keep up the walks at the gym at lunch. I’ll be able to do weights every other day so get a whole body workout through the week. I’m not at a desk job so this works. I don’t want to regain everything back.
